[Every real problem is between me and myself.]
Advice?
It’s more about
aiding the process
of self-realization,
or discovery:
guiding the work
of getting out
what needs to be
expressed,
what obstructs
and blocks
and suffocates,
to free up space
for finding
in ourselves
alone
the ‘answers’,
(the wordless sense,
or knowledge,
that’s already
silently in us,
but hidden,
covered,
hard or impossible
to find
or see clearly).
Advice frustrates,
embarrasses,
offends.
(Because
not our own (advice, or thoughts, or feeling, or ‘answer’)
but the other’s.
Our mind
could maybe agree,
but not our full self.)
You have to find
what you want
alone,
in yourself,
in your own words,
your own body and mind.
Another person
can’t tell you,
though at best
perhaps
they could help.
